We repeat PART IV for a water-cooled fin. We assume that water has a convective heat transfer coefficient of H = 0.1 W/cm^2 C. A water-cooled system increases the amount of power the fin can dissipate by an order of magnitude. Clearly, a water-cooled system is advantageous.
